• As the sole copy writer for 14 years, I was responsible for writing descriptive texts, headlines, and author bios for all upcoming titles and updated reprints (30-40 per year) for TASCHEN's website and printed catalog (TASCHEN Magazine) • As copywriter, I wrote texts based on interviews with each book's author/editor, layouts or (if the layout didn't yet exist) available material, and my own research on the subject matter (a colorful variety ranging from contemporary art and architecture to psychedelic sex and apartment wrestling) • Wrote and edited the bi-annual TASCHEN Magazine, working with editors, the designer, and the publisher to produce content including texts and detailed information about upcoming titles, book excerpts, news, and special features • Remote management of website texts via CMS (input and ongoing maintenance/updates) Freelance writer, Picture magazine (formerly Photomarket)
